Wakame (Undaria Pinnatifida) is a black-green colored seaweed, hand-picked and dehydrated at low temperatures (within 38°C). Its consistency, fleshy and crunchy, with sharp flavor. You need to rehydrate and cook it for 5 minutes to use it as a side dish, or you can also use it as an ingredient for: soups, croquettes, omelets, rice and couscous. It is traditionally used to prepare the miso soup.
